1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 9bd platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the 9bd platform.

9bd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Updates are effective immediately upon publication to this page.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 9bd, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or otherwise restricted from using online gambling services.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account on 9bd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed, with balances forfeited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

9bd reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

• Notify 9bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not share your password or security credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 9bd will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or phone.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

9bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that may vary depending on the selected payment method and pending verification status. 9bd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

• All deposited funds must be used for wagering. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without gameplay may be treated as a violation and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (subject to change).
• Chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to manipulate payment systems will result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
• 9bd does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal processing fees, if any, will be displayed at the time of requesting the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

9bd periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which will be stated at the time of the offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion will be stated in its individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• 9bd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if abuse or misuse is detected.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

As a registered user of 9bd, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage during gameplay or in any promotional activity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional systems.
• Registering using false, incomplete, or third-party identity information, or operating under another person's account.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt 9bd's platform, servers, or any connected infrastructure in any way.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9bd platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and visual design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9bd or its licensed content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any such content without express prior written authorization from 9bd.

The 9bd brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are protected. Unauthorized use of these marks in any commercial or non-commercial context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9bd is committed to protecting the personal information of its users. Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of user data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. We employ SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

9bd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or unforeseen technical events may temporarily affect platform availability. Users are advised to ensure their internet connection is stable before placing any bets.

10. Modifications to Terms

9bd may revise, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. All changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this page. We may — but are not obligated to — notify registered users of material changes via their registered email address.

Your continued use of 9bd after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any modification, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation and international best practices applicable to the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising from your use of 9bd that cannot be resolved informally through our support channels should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 9bd will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner.
